Week Day Meetings $30 per hour-2hr min
*Includes tables, chairs, and water bottles to keep you refreshed
throughout your meeting Coffee & Tea available upon request
for an additional charge
Event Rental
9am-3pm - $500
4pm-11pm-$500
All Day 9am-11pm $700
$200 retainer reserves the date (Is deducted from the total)
$200 refundable deposit (Is in addition to the total/refundable if clean, no damages)
$200 Cleaning fee-Due the Monday before your event
$300 Retainer is due to reserve your venue date
